Due to our entrepreneurial strategy, we have been able to consistently achieve high returns by reducing competition with other capital sources. We maximize value through post acquisition management as well.

In the US, there have been competitive pressures where yields have been reduced but our firm has expanded the scope of its investment activities while striving to maintain the discipline of our historically successful strategy. Through different economic cycles, we have successfully invested in diverse and complex corporate and portfolio transactions.
